Malbo Gentile 80% - Merlot / cabernet 20% from certified organic grapes grown on the hills of Basso Frignano (Modena) at 450 meters above sea level (“Sperimentale” "Cacciatori" - "Dino" - "Tebaldi" vineyards), yield per hectare approx. 60 quintals, hand-picked in 25 kg crates.
Ruby-red with violet hues, an authentic expression of its youth and freshness. The nose is expressed with hints of cherries, strawberries and wild violets. From the first sip it is soft and very balanced, dry and flawless in its fresh drink, its pleasant and rounded tannins by its great versatility make it an agile and "flowing" wine.
The harvested grapes are brought to the cellar, de-stemmed throughout the day, undergo natural fermentation on the skins for 4/6 days until the desired color is reached and continue to must until all the sugars are consumed. After carrying out the malolactic fermentation, it is racked and after several decanting it is refined in steel for at least 12 months, then bottled.
