Malbo Gentile - Cabernet - Merlot from own certified organic grapes grown on the hills of Basso Frignano (Modena) at 450 meters above sea level (“Dino” - “Cacciatori” vineyards), production per hectare approx. 45 quintals, hand-picked in 25 kg crates.

Vinification:

Ruby red in color with violet reflections on the nose, it expresses a strong hint of black cherry that is immediately handed down in the mouth giving a sour taste. On the palate it is soft and velvety, deeply fruity and fresh. Excellent with traditional desserts, ice cream, fruit cakes, biscuits and chocolate.
